Waiver of Liability

Like all adventure-based companies, we have a waiver of liability that needs to be filled out by all guests boarding the boat. Please review it and sign it by either downloading it and printing it off and bringing it to the captain when boarding the boat for your charter. If it is more convenient, you can view it and fill it out online where it is stored, no need to bring it along like the one you can print. Below are the links.
